Join us for 60 minutes of a power house workout combining high intensity interval training on the bike, followed by 30 minutes of upper body circuit training. Start with the challenge of an interval based ride featuring hills and sprints, and finish your workout with strength training for arms shoulders, chest and back. This class is designed to torch calories, build muscle, and leave you feeling strong and energized!
