Strength and Length

Strength and Length is a class dedicated to helping you achieve your strength and flexibility goals, recover from injury, and become the best version of yourself. Through stretching the fascia and muscles with resistance, we can unwind massive amounts of held tension and accumulated stress! The core of this work, and the focus of our class, will be to meet yourself where you are, and to work to improve your capacity on all levels.
