My fitness journey started on the football field, where I was recognized All-League for defense as a linebacker. Since then, I’ve spent 6+ years training and pushing myself, hitting PRs like a 225 lb bench, 315 lb squat, and 405 lb deadlift. As a NASM-CPT, I bring that same energy and knowledge to every session—helping clients move better, get stronger, and reach new levels of performance. I’m here to motivate, challenge, and keep you accountable while making sure you enjoy the process.
