Jenny Garanina
Growing up as a competitive swimmer Jenny always craved physical challenges. Competing at the college and international level did not only challenge her physical strength but challenged her mental strength as well. Jenny currently teaches Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kickboxing, TRX, Indoor Cycle, and Small Group Strength training. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness, where both the mind and body work together to achieve one’s greatest potential.
