Sallumeh Mahmoudi
Sallumeh thrives in sharing her 20+ years of personal training expertise with those serious about becoming the best version of themselves. She loves to help people identify their own unique baselines, set appropriate goals, and ultimately gain confidence and strength from the inside out.
Sallumeh has trained clients of all ages from youth sports, to elite athletes, to new moms who want to shed their postpartum weight and everything in between. Her specialty lies in strength and functional training. She loves a good circuit and is known to sneak in a TABATA or AMRAP occasionally to keep things extra spicy!
When not at the gym, you can find Sallumeh running the endless trails of Mount Tam with her dog or sipping on a cappuccino on the sidelines of her boys' Soccer and Hockey games.
