Brian Edwards

Brian Edwards is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Certified Pilates Instructor with over 20 years of experience helping clients build strength, move better, and recover smarter. Now training at **FITLAB®**, Brian takes an integrated approach that blends performance coaching, functional strength, and myofascial release for real, lasting results. Originally from Brooklyn, Brian’s fitness journey began in the U.S. Navy, where his background in boxing and bodybuilding led to his role as Athletic Petty Officer. He later served as Program Director at Reebok Sports Club in NYC and worked in post-rehabilitation at the Asher Clinic in Marin. Known for his dynamic and supportive coaching style, Brian believes every person has an athlete within them—and with the right plan, anyone can unlock it. A Marin local and father of two, he draws daily inspiration from the outdoors, where he runs, rides, and recharges. “I only have one body, so I take good care of it. I deserve to get fit and feel great—because I’m worth it.”
