I bring nearly 20 years of experience in health and wellness! As a 500-hour certified Pilates instructor and NASM-certified personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through smart, effective training. My background as a medical assistant allows me to blend science with personalized fitness strategies for real, lasting results. I’m certified in a variety of formats—from P90X to PiYo—so I love keeping workouts fresh, fun, and challenging. Outside the studio, you’ll find me hiking, gardening, or listening to health podcasts—when I’m not busy being a proud mom to my teenage daughter. I can’t wait to support you on your fitness journey!
